Welcome to the Illinois Legal Malpractice Blog

Well, this is my first day attempting this thing called "blogging." We are following in the large footsteps of our other blog at www.bankruptcylitigationblog.com which is written by my colleague Steve Jakubowski (anyone who can make Bankrupcy Law interesting and humorous gets high marks in my book), and is truly worth checking out. We plan on keeping on top of the latest happenings in legal malpractice law, not only in Illinois, but across the country. Occasionally, for the fun of it and to spice things up a bit, we plan on deviating from legal malpractice and hitting some areas of the law we find interesting and informative.

Look for our 3rd blog at www.illinoisbusinesstorts.com which will be up and running soon.

Thanks for visiting the site! If you decide to subscribe through email or RSS feed I'd love to hear your comments.

Hope you enjoy!

Want your take on the following atty-mal case; think the Supremes might have been a little over their heads with complex patent issues, so they threw up their hands and sent it back to trial court, which hadnt been able to try the case in the 10 years it had been pending
